It is company policy that Food Courier ONLY deliver alcohol AFTER you have paid the outlet for it (via credit/debit card online or via phone). When deliverying alcohol, Food Courier ONLY offer a delivery service.

At delivery point, the customer must provide photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport or 18+ Card ONLY) to prove they are over the age of 18 and the credit/visa debit card used for purchase. Food Courier may take a copy of your Driver’s License or 18+ Card. Without a Driver’s License, Passport or 18+ Card and credit/visa debit card at point of delivery, no alcohol will be given to the customer and we will hold onto the alcohol until the customer can provide a Driver’s License, Passport or 18+ Card. If Food Courier need to redeliver, another fee will be added onto total delivery cost.

If the customer that is paying the delivery fee is clearly intoxicated/disorderly at point of delivery, Food Courier will NOT surrender the alcohol, unless someone that isn’t intoxicated/disorderly can provide acceptable photo ID and delivery payment.

Orders MUST be made within these hours to ensure same day delivery: Mon/Tues/Wed/Sun 9am to 8pm. Thurs/Fri/Sat 9am to 9pm

Once an order is confirmed by the customer, the delivery will proceed. If you change your mind after you have confirmed you will be obligated to pay accordingly.

There is no refund given for change of mind.
