Food Courier take utmost care to fill your exact order requirements. Unfortunately, due to Food Courier's hygiene policy, couriers are not able to physically check through your food order. Instead, Food Courier drivers will ask the food outlet’s staff to double check the filled order. Due to this, Food Courier hold no responsibility for missing or incorrect food items. If this does occur, we encourage you to call the food outlet and explain to them directly your situation. Food Courier is happy to assist by providing a copy of the receipt and any information you require.

Once an order is confirmed by the customer, the delivery will proceed. If you change your mind after you have confirmed you will be obligated to pay accordingly.

There is no refund given for change of mind.

If your order is filled incorrectly due to you failing to order clearly or making an error, you are still requird to pay for the food and delivery fee.

Payments that default at time of delivery will incur an instant $10.00 penalty fee. If payments default at time of delivery, customer must pay via internet banking or a direct deposit in full the same day and add the $10.00 penalty fee to the total amount. If full payment is not received the same day, another $5.00 is charged. Every day that payment is not received, another $5.00 is added daily onto original amount owed. If, after 10 days payment has not been received, total debt will be given to a debt collection agency. Please note: This will affect your credit rating.

If you are ordering cigarettes/tobacco, photo ID must be sighted by Food Courier at point of delivery. Without ID you will not receive the cigarettes/tobacco, however you will still owe the delivery plus the cost of the cigarettes/tobacco.
